Das Design musste hochwertige B\u00fcrofl\u00e4chen liefern und dabei Flexibilit\u00e4t f\u00fcr zuk\u00fcnftige Mieter bewahren, einschlie\u00dflich Optionen f\u00fcr unabh\u00e4ngige Eing\u00e4nge und Verbindungen zwischen den beiden Geb\u00e4uden. Sich wandelnde Marktanforderungen im Verlauf der Projektentwicklung f\u00fcgten dem Briefing zus\u00e4tzliche Komplexit\u00e4t hinzu.  <\/p>\n                <\/div>\r\n                \t\r\n            <\/div>\r\n                    \t\t\t\r\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/section><section class=\"project-gallery\" id=\"project-gallery-block_bdf0b2046a40b668db6671e769f04798\">\r\n    <div class=\"container\">\r\n        <div class=\"col-row\">\r\n            <div class=\"col-2 col-text-wrap\">\r\n                                    <h2 class=\"section-heading\">Die L\u00f6sung von Hyceon<\/h2>\r\n                \r\n                                <div class=\"rte\">\r\n                    <p>Die architektonische L\u00f6sung nutzte das verf\u00fcgbare Grundst\u00fcck sorgf\u00e4ltig aus. Ein schmaler Innenhof zwischen dem bestehenden und dem neuen Geb\u00e4ude wurde auf Untergeschossebene abgesenkt, was ein zus\u00e4tzliches Teilgeschoss an B\u00fcrofl\u00e4chen erm\u00f6glichte und die vermietbare Fl\u00e4che vergr\u00f6\u00dferte. An der S\u00fcdwestecke erstreckt sich eine gro\u00dfe Auskragung des neuen Geb\u00e4udes \u00fcber den bestehenden Empfangsbereich der Phase 1, wodurch die begrenzte Grundfl\u00e4che weiter optimiert wird.<br \/>Als der Bedarf an zus\u00e4tzlicher Fl\u00e4che entstand, wurde ein Teilgeschoss auf Dachebene eingef\u00fchrt.
