Die Entwicklung musste die erforderliche Dichte erreichen und dabei gleichzeitig \u00f6ffentliche R\u00e4ume schaffen, die fu\u00dfl\u00e4ufige Durchl\u00e4ssigkeit verbessern und eine eigene Identit\u00e4t innerhalb des umgebenden st\u00e4dtischen Gef\u00fcges etablieren.<br \/>Das achtgeschossige Projekt vereint ein Travelodge-Hotel mit 393 Zimmern, ein Staycity-Aparthotel mit 210 Apartments, Wohnungen des Dublin City Council sowie Restaurant- und Einzelhandelsnutzungen. Der st\u00e4dtische Block wurde sorgf\u00e4ltig aufgegliedert, um Nebenfassaden, einen begr\u00fcnten Innenhof und Verbindungen zur Bracken&#8217;s Lane einzuf\u00fchren, wodurch die Durchl\u00e4ssigkeit erh\u00f6ht und aktive Erdgeschossfronten geschaffen wurden.  <\/p>\n                <\/div>\r\n                \t\r\n            <\/div>\r\n                    \t\t\t\r\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/section><section class=\"project-gallery\" id=\"project-gallery-block_18cef5473577e2c14082bc616d958b83\">\r\n    <div class=\"container\">\r\n        <div class=\"col-row\">\r\n            <div class=\"col-2 col-text-wrap\">\r\n                                    <h2 class=\"section-heading\">Die L\u00f6sung von Hyceon<\/h2>\r\n                \r\n                                <div class=\"rte\">\r\n                    <p>Die Umsetzung erforderte eine sorgf\u00e4ltige Koordination zwischen dem Kunden und den drei Endnutzern. Der Designansatz erm\u00f6glichte eine konsistente Weiterentwicklung von Geb\u00e4udeh\u00fclle, Kern und Fassade unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung ihrer jeweiligen individuellen Anforderungen. Die fertiggestellte Bebauung bringt neue Nutzungen, \u00f6ffentliche R\u00e4ume und Aktivit\u00e4t auf Stra\u00dfenebene auf ein bedeutendes innerst\u00e4dtisches Grundst\u00fcck.  <\/p>\n
