Client Challenge
The client required a high-density urban data center that could be delivered through a Design-Build approach while meeting demanding requirements for resilience, operational performance, and long-term reliability.
Hyceon’s Solution
Hyceon provided architectural services from RIBA Stage 3 through construction, supporting the delivery of a nine-story data center designed for high-performance operations. The facility includes 12 data halls with approximately 22.4 MW of IT cooling capacity, supported by resilient electrical infrastructure, including 2N 132/11kV transformers, backup generation, and high-efficiency cooling systems. The design balances operational resilience, technical performance, and efficient use of the site’s footprint to support the client’s long-term operational objectives.
