Stronger together: MCA Architects and TTSP HWP become Hyceon

For you, the essentials don’t change: the same people, the same standards, the same commitment to your project. What changes is what we can now do for you — 270+ specialists across five European cities, covering every stage from site selection to handover. And our architecture beyond data centres — workplace, commercial, healthcare and community — continues as part of Hyceon’s heritage practice.

What remains the same

Becoming Hyceon changes our name and widens our bench. It does not change who you work with, how we work, or what we hold ourselves to.

The same experienced people

The architects, technologists and directors you know remain on your projects, with the same points of contact.

The same client-focused approach

The listening, problem-solving culture that built 35 years of client relationships in Ireland and beyond.

The same data centre expertise

The hyperscale and colocation design experience trusted by the world’s largest technology companies.

The same local presence

Our Dublin studio remains the home of the practice, with continued commitment to Irish and UK clients and communities.

    What Hyceon adds

Our clients increasingly deliver across borders — and asked for a partner who could do the same. Hyceon is that answer: MCA’s design depth combined with TTSP HWP’s engineering, permitting and delivery strength, as one team.

One integrated European team

270+ specialists across five European cities, working to one standard in the local language of every market and authority.

Built on MCA’s experience

Founded in Dublin in 1988, MCA Architects grew from one of Ireland’s most established architectural practices into a trusted design partner for the world’s largest technology companies — with more than fifteen years of hyperscale and colocation experience, over seven million square feet of data centres designed, 2.6 gigawatts of critical IT load, and 130 hectares of campuses master planned across Ireland, the UK, the Nordics, Germany, Switzerland and Spain. That experience is not being replaced — it is one of the foundations Hyceon is built on.

Beyond data centres: MCA’s commercial, workplace, healthcare, retail and community architecture continues within Hyceon as our heritage practice, led by the same Dublin team. If your relationship with MCA is outside the data centre sector, nothing about how you work with us changes.
