Alexander Hauser is Chief Executive Officer of Hyceon, bringing more than 15 years of experience in the data centre industry. With a degree in economics, he has led Frankfurt-based data centre advisory firm TTSP HWP as Managing Director since 2016 and has served as Group CEO since 2025.

He now leads Hyceon, the pan-European data centre design, engineering and advisory group uniting TTSP HWP and Dublin-based MCA Architects. Alexander combines commercial insight with extensive experience in helping clients address the challenges of developing and delivering complex data centre projects across Europe.

At Hyceon, Alexander works with the leadership team to bring together the group’s expertise, strengthen collaboration and support its European expansion. His focus is on building an organisation that combines technical capability with commercial understanding and lasting client relationships.

Drawing on his leadership experience, Alexander is well positioned to comment on the growth of the European data centre market, the complexities of cross-border development and the evolving needs of hyperscale operators and digital infrastructure investors.

Lars Mostert is Chief Operating Officer of Hyceon, where he leads the operational teams responsible for delivering complex data centre projects. An engineer by training, he brings 30 years of industry experience and a background in building services and business engineering.

Previously, Lars served as Managing Director of an international building services engineering consultancy firm. His expertise spans technical planning, multidisciplinary coordination and the integration of building systems with architectural design.

At Hyceon, Lars brings together architectural and engineering expertise to deliver a coordinated approach to data centre design and delivery. He aligns specialist disciplines with the technical and practical demands of complex projects, supporting teams from initial planning through to construction.

With decades of experience in engineering and project delivery, Lars is well positioned to comment on multidisciplinary design, technical coordination and the challenges of delivering complex data centre infrastructure across Europe.

Ralf Buch is Chief Financial Officer of Hyceon, bringing more than 30 years of industry experience in financial management and business leadership. With a background in finance, economics and engineering, he oversees the group’s financial management, commercial affairs and financial controls.

Earlier in his career, Ralf held Managing Director roles in medium-sized machinery and plant engineering companies within corporate groups and under private equity ownership. He brings extensive experience in financial leadership and a practical understanding of the commercial and operational demands of technically complex businesses.

At Hyceon, Ralf works with the leadership team to support strategic planning and informed commercial decisions. His focus is on maintaining financial oversight, managing resources effectively and providing a sound financial foundation for the group’s continued growth across Europe.

Drawing on decades of financial and operational leadership, Ralf is well positioned to comment on financial strategy, commercial management and supporting sustainable business growth within complex engineering organisations.

Hendrik is Chief Business Development Officer of Hyceon, bringing more than 20 years of industry experience and a background in architecture. Having spent almost half of his career abroad, he brings an international perspective to the company’s business development and sales and marketing efforts.

His architectural background gives him a practical understanding of design and project delivery, which he combines with a strong focus on client service. Hendrik works to understand clients’ ambitions and connect them with the expertise needed to successfully deliver their projects.

At Hyceon, he leads client engagement and market development to support the company’s expansion across Europe. He focuses on building lasting client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and strengthening Hyceon’s position in the European data centre market.

Drawing on his international experience and architectural expertise, Hendrik is well positioned to comment on business development, client relationships, cross-border collaboration and growth opportunities in the European data centre sector.

Fabiola Bordino is the Chief Sustainability Officer of Hyceon bringing extensive experience across digital infrastructure, sustainability, business strategy and digital transformation.

Previously Hyceon’s Chief Sustainability Officer, Fabiola was also Co-Founder and Head of Sustainability, Marketing and Communication at Start Campus, where she supported the development and positioning of Portugal’s SINES data centre campus. She also served as General Manager for Portugal and Chief Sustainability Officer at PGI Engineering & Consulting, with earlier roles at Santander UK and Deloitte.

At Hyceon, Fabiola focuses on driving business growth while connecting digital infrastructure development with sustainability, resource efficiency and long-term value creation. Her experience spans strategy, design, construction and operations, with an emphasis on aligning commercial objectives with environmental performance and the evolving needs of the data centre industry.

Ranked No. 28 in Data Centre Magazine’s Top 100 Women in 2026, Fabiola is well positioned to comment on sustainable data centre development, business growth, environmental responsibility and the future of digital infrastructure across Europe.

Brian Murphy is Managing Director of Hyceon and a recognised leader in the data centre sector, with more than 35 years of industry experience. He has led the business’ transformation from an Irish architectural practice into an international data centre design partner, establishing a strong reputation for delivering complex projects and developing long-standing relationships with leading global technology companies, hyperscale providers and data centre operators across Europe.

As Managing Director, Brian combines deep industry knowledge with commercial insight and a strategic approach to business growth. His extensive network of clients, specialist consultants and strategic partners has been instrumental in Hyceon’s expansion across Europe.

Brian continues to shape Hyceon’s strategic direction, drawing on decades of experience in data centre design, project delivery and the evolving needs of the technology sector.

A Fellow of the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland, a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and a Conservation Grade 2 Architect, Brian is well positioned to comment on data centre development, complex digital infrastructure projects, strategic partnerships and industry growth across Europe.

Gerry Murphy is Executive Director of Hyceon and a senior leader in digital infrastructure, data centres and complex development programmes, with more than 35 years’ experience across Ireland, the UK and Europe.

A qualified architect and barrister, Gerry brings a unique combination of commercial and technical expertise, along with a deep understanding of procurement, contracts and risk management. His experience spans major capital projects and critical infrastructure development for leading global technology companies.

At Hyceon, Gerry plays a key role in strengthening the company’s Irish operations and supporting its wider European expansion. Based in Dublin, he works with clients to address complex commercial, technical and operational challenges, helping identify risks and opportunities and supporting the effective delivery of major infrastructure projects.

A Fellow of the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland and a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects, Gerry is well positioned to comment on complex data centre development, critical infrastructure delivery, procurement and risk management, and the commercial and contractual challenges facing clients and developers across Europe.
