Client Challenge
The client required a flexible, hyperscale-ready data center campus capable of supporting phased tenant deployments while meeting demanding requirements for resilience, security, operational efficiency, and long-term scalability.
Hyceon’s Solution
Hyceon designed a high-performance data center campus that includes the primary data center, integrated office and logistics building, gatehouse, electrical substation, and supporting infrastructure within a secure, connected operational environment.
The facility enables the data halls to be fitted out in phases based on future tenant requirements, providing flexibility for both phased and simultaneous deployments. The design balances resilience, stringent security standards, efficient technical infrastructure, and optimized cooling with cost efficiency and maximum usable data hall space, while allowing the campus to adapt to future technologies and evolving customer needs.
