- Great architecture is built through collaboration. Together with our multidisciplinary project teams, you will develop complex projects from the initial concept through to delivery, helping create the best solutions for our clients.
- BIM is more than just a methodology to you. Using Revit, you will create intelligent digital models that make collaboration across disciplines more transparent, efficient and connected.
- Working closely with architects, engineers and project teams, you will embrace agile ways of working and apply Scrum principles to continuously improve processes and deliver outstanding project outcomes.
- Close collaboration with clients, authorities and specialist consultants is a natural part of your role. You will bring together different perspectives while keeping quality, schedule and budget firmly in focus.
- Sustainability is an integral part of the way you think. Whether it’s DGNB, LEED or BREEAM, you will help design future-proof buildings that combine technical excellence with environmental responsibility.
This is what sets you apart
- You hold a degree in Architecture and have experience working across the HOAI planning phases. BIM and Revit are an integral part of the way you approach modern design and planning.
- You enjoy working collaboratively and value the exchange of ideas across disciplines. Agile ways of working and methods such as Scrum and Lean inspire you to help projects move forward.
- You take ownership of your work. With a structured and proactive approach, you maintain a strong focus on quality, schedules and commercial objectives, even in complex projects.
- Sustainable design is more than a trend to you. Ideally, you have experience with certification systems such as DGNB, LEED or BREEAM, or you are keen to deepen your expertise in this field.
- You communicate confidently in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2) and enjoy working in an international project environment.
