This is how you'll make an impact
- In this role, you take overall responsibility for consulting projects, from proposal and project planning through delivery, quality assurance, handover and final account.
- Working closely with the team, you analyse sites, markets and infrastructure, assess plots and investment ideas and develop tailored building, use and masterplan concepts.
- With a strong sense of ownership, you lead complex feasibility studies, due diligence reviews and risk analyses, translating the findings into clear strategic recommendations.
- Throughout the project, you manage planning and approval processes, coordinate authorities and specialist consultants, and identify risks and opportunities at an early stage.
- Using a structured approach, you provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams, report directly to senior management and mentor Junior Consultants and Consultants.
This is what sets you apart
- A degree in urban planning, architecture, civil engineering or a comparable discipline, together with at least five years of relevant professional experience, provides your professional foundation.
- Drawing on your experience, you have experience in complex construction or infrastructure projects and in leading project teams and external service providers.
- As a collaborative team member, you confidently and independently manage planning procedures, approval processes, feasibility studies and due diligence reviews.
- When working with project stakeholders, you combine strategic and analytical thinking with persuasive consulting skills and communicate confidently with clients and management-level decision-makers.
- In an international environment, you are confident using MS Office and communicate in German at minimum C1 and English at minimum B2 level.
