Project Management

Ireland

Data centres are among the most exciting building projects of our time. They are the backbone of the digital world and demand the highest standards in architecture, functionality and sustainability.

At Hyceon, you’ll work in multidisciplinary teams on challenging projects for international clients. We combine innovative architecture with modern planning approaches such as BIM, Lean and Scrum, creating an environment where collaboration, ownership and continuous development are part of everyday work.

This is how you'll make an impact

  • In this role, you independently lead demanding MEP projects and coordinate engineers, BIM coordination, technical systems design and Lean Management across all project stages.
  • Working closely with the team, you take overall responsibility for quality, schedule, cost and commercial project success and report transparently to the responsible Director.
  • With a strong sense of ownership, you manage internal and external interfaces, coordinating clients, authorities, specialists and other project partners and enabling clear decisions.
  • Throughout the project, you plan resources with the team, organise project meetings and continuously improve collaboration through structured lessons learned.
  • Using a structured approach, you integrate sustainability objectives and certification requirements such as LEED, BREEAM or DGNB and contribute to controlling, payment schedules and contract management.

This is what sets you apart

  • A degree in building services, energy engineering or mechanical engineering, a technician qualification in MEP or a comparable qualification provides your professional foundation.
  • Drawing on your experience, you have strong design experience and ideally experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex project stages.
  • As a collaborative team member, you are familiar with BIM methods, sustainable design and certification systems, or are motivated to deepen your expertise in these areas.
  • When working with project stakeholders, you work independently and commercially, communicate confidently with clients, authorities and design partners and motivate teams through clear technical leadership.
  • In an international environment, you communicate confidently in German and English (minimum B2 in both) and enjoy working in international projects.

What you can look forward to

  • Flexible working: You have the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. This allows you to combine focused work away from the office with personal interaction on site.
  • Well supported and sustainably mobile: You receive a 15% employer contribution to your company pension scheme, a subsidy towards the Deutschlandticket and the option to lease a company bike through JobRad. In addition, Viva FamilienService (www.viva-familienservice.de) helps you balance your professional and personal life.
  • More shared experiences: Whether it is our three-day company retreat, team events or shared activities, we value a strong sense of community and celebrate our successes beyond the office as well.
  • Room to grow: We invest in your future and offer you at least two professional or personal development opportunities each year, helping you continue to grow and develop.
