This is how you'll make an impact
- In this role, you bring structure to complex projects. Working with experienced Project Managers, you will coordinate tasks, decisions and interfaces from project launch through to successful delivery.
- Working closely with the team, you take ownership of defined project management work packages and keep schedules, costs, quality and risks firmly in view.
- With a strong sense of ownership, you prepare decision papers, status reports and presentations, ensuring that information is transparent and tailored to the audience.
- Throughout the project, you coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders and create the conditions for constructive and reliable collaboration through clear communication.
- Using a structured approach, you apply established methods and German frameworks such as AHO, HOAI and VOB and help continuously improve our project management processes.
This is what sets you apart
- From a technical perspective, you hold a degree in engineering, architecture or a comparable discipline.
- Drawing on your experience, you have sound knowledge of project management processes, methods and tools; experience in industrial or data centre projects is particularly welcome.
- As a collaborative team member, you work in a structured, analytical and forward-looking way and can communicate complex matters clearly.
- When working with project stakeholders, you are familiar with AHO, HOAI and VOB and are confident using common MS Office applications.
- In an international environment, you communicate confidently in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2) and enjoy working in international project teams.
