Engineering Design

Germany

Data centres are among the most exciting building projects of our time. They are the backbone of the digital world and demand the highest standards in architecture, functionality and sustainability.

At Hyceon, you’ll work in multidisciplinary teams on challenging projects for international clients. We combine innovative architecture with modern planning approaches such as BIM, Lean and Scrum, creating an environment where collaboration, ownership and continuous development are part of everyday work.

This is how you'll make an impact

  • BIM is more than just a methodology to you. You will coordinate digital collaboration across multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring that project information remains consistent, transparent and reliable throughout every stage of the project.
  • Working closely with architects, engineers and specialist consultants, you will develop high-quality BIM models and ensure that projects are delivered in line with defined BIM standards and best practices.
  • Quality is at the heart of everything you do. You will review Revit models, identify clashes and optimisation opportunities at an early stage and work with project teams to deliver practical, sustainable solutions.
  • You will organise and facilitate BIM coordination meetings, support colleagues in BIM-related processes and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of digital workflows across our projects.
  • You will contribute to the preparation and maintenance of BIM Execution Plans (BEP/BAP), further develop BIM standards and optimise processes to enable efficient, transparent and successful project delivery.

This is what sets you apart

  • You hold a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification and have experience in BIM coordination as well as digital planning methodologies.
  • Revit is an integral part of the way you work. You are also confident using Navisworks, Solibri, ACC or similar BIM applications, as well as issue management platforms such as BIMCollab.
  • You work in a structured and analytical way and remain focused even in complex projects. Delivering high-quality, consistent model information is second nature to you.
  • Collaboration motivates you. With strong communication skills, you bring together different disciplines and ensure that information flows efficiently across the project team.
  • You communicate confidently in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum C1) and enjoy working in an international project environment.
