This is how you'll make an impact
- In this role, you analyse potential and existing data centre sites and their infrastructure from a construction and planning perspective.
- Working closely with the team, you assess land, plots and use concepts to develop initial solutions and masterplans for Phase 0.
- With a strong sense of ownership, you prepare feasibility studies, red-flag analyses, due diligence reviews and project reports that present complex matters clearly.
- Throughout the project, you support the creation of planning rights, coordinate local development plan procedures and liaise with authorities, utility providers and multidisciplinary specialists.
- Using a structured approach, you advise clients on feasibility, strategic land use and building requirements and help continuously develop our consulting services.
This is what sets you apart
- A degree in urban planning, architecture, civil engineering or a comparable planning-related discipline provides your professional foundation.
- Drawing on your experience, you have knowledge and experience in the planning and delivery of construction projects; data centres or other critical infrastructure are an advantage.
- As a collaborative team member, you understand the key stages of planning and approval procedures and can coordinate specialist disciplines efficiently.
- When working with project stakeholders, you work analytically, independently and in a structured way, demonstrating strong client focus and clear communication.
- In an international environment, you are confident using MS Office and communicate in German at minimum C1 and English at minimum B2 level.
