Feasibility Studies & Due Diligence

Germany

Data centres are among the most exciting building projects of our time. They are the backbone of the digital world and demand the highest standards in architecture, functionality and sustainability.

At Hyceon, you’ll work in multidisciplinary teams on challenging projects for international clients. We combine innovative architecture with modern planning approaches such as BIM, Lean and Scrum, creating an environment where collaboration, ownership and continuous development are part of everyday work.

This is how you'll make an impact

  • In this role, you analyse potential and existing data centre sites and their infrastructure from a construction and planning perspective.
  • Working closely with the team, you assess land, plots and use concepts to develop initial solutions and masterplans for Phase 0.
  • With a strong sense of ownership, you prepare feasibility studies, red-flag analyses, due diligence reviews and project reports that present complex matters clearly.
  • Throughout the project, you support the creation of planning rights, coordinate local development plan procedures and liaise with authorities, utility providers and multidisciplinary specialists.
  • Using a structured approach, you advise clients on feasibility, strategic land use and building requirements and help continuously develop our consulting services.

This is what sets you apart

  • A degree in urban planning, architecture, civil engineering or a comparable planning-related discipline provides your professional foundation.
  • Drawing on your experience, you have knowledge and experience in the planning and delivery of construction projects; data centres or other critical infrastructure are an advantage.
  • As a collaborative team member, you understand the key stages of planning and approval procedures and can coordinate specialist disciplines efficiently.
  • When working with project stakeholders, you work analytically, independently and in a structured way, demonstrating strong client focus and clear communication.
  • In an international environment, you are confident using MS Office and communicate in German at minimum C1 and English at minimum B2 level.

What you can look forward to
