At HYCEON, you’ll work in multidisciplinary teams on challenging projects for international clients. We combine innovative architecture with modern planning approaches such as BIM, Lean and Scrum, creating an environment where collaboration, ownership and continuous development are part of everyday work.

This is how you'll make an impact

  • Lead complex large-scale projects from inception through successful delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, authorities and project partners.
  • Take ownership of programme, cost, quality, contracts and commercial performance.
  • Support business development and strategic proposals together with senior leadership.
  • Develop and inspire multidisciplinary teams while fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Integrate sustainability standards such as LEED, DGNB and BREEAM into project delivery.

This is what sets you apart

  • Degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building Services or similar.
  • Extensive experience leading complex design or construction projects and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong knowledge of project controls, contracts and programme management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong language skills in German (minimum C2) and English (minimum C1).
