This is how you'll make an impact
- On site, you ensure that our designs are implemented exactly as intended. You verify workmanship, materials and quality, making sure construction fully reflects the approved planning.
- With a keen eye for detail, you identify deviations at an early stage, document them clearly and work closely with all project stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently and sustainably.
- As a key point of contact on site, you coordinate communication between clients, design consultants and contractors, ensuring transparent collaboration throughout the construction phase.
- You monitor construction progress, document site activities and support schedule, quality and cost control, including quantity surveys, invoice reviews and verification of completed works.
- From preparing handovers and inspections to tracking defect rectification and warranty periods, you contribute to the successful delivery of every project with a strong focus on quality.
This is what sets you apart
- From a technical perspective, you hold a degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable discipline. Alternatively, you have completed a technical apprenticeship combined with relevant experience in construction supervision or site management.
- You have solid experience in supervising construction projects and are familiar with site processes. Knowledge of German regulations such as HOAI and VOB, as well as experience in industrial or data centre projects, is an advantage.
- As a professional, you work in a structured, detail-oriented and solution-focused manner. Even in demanding project environments, you remain organised and make well-founded decisions.
- With a strong commitment to quality, you identify deviations at an early stage and consistently ensure that projects are executed to the highest standards.
- You communicate confidently with clients, consultants and contractors in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2) and enjoy working in international project teams.
