This is how you'll make an impact
- Numbers tell a story. You will analyse the financial performance of our projects and provide the transparency our project teams and leadership need to make informed business decisions.
- Working closely with our Project Managers, you will manage budgets, forecasts and budget-versus-actual analyses. You will identify deviations at an early stage, develop practical recommendations and actively contribute to the commercial success of our projects.
- You will prepare meaningful reports, business analyses and management insights. By translating complex financial data into clear information, you will support our leadership team with reliable decision-making tools.
- In close collaboration with our Finance team, you will help ensure accurate project cost reporting and support monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities, keeping project data reliable and up to date.
- You will play an active role in shaping the future of our Controlling function. By developing KPIs, enhancing reporting tools and driving digital processes, you will help optimise workflows and continuously improve the way we manage our business.
This is what sets you apart
- You hold a degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Finance or a comparable qualification and have several years of experience in controlling. Ideally, you have supported projects from a commercial perspective.
- Numbers are more than figures to you. You analyse complex business relationships, think commercially and develop practical solutions that create real value.
- You work in a structured and proactive way and remain focused even in complex situations. Your analytical mindset enables you to identify opportunities and risks at an early stage.
- Modern ERP and controlling systems are an integral part of the way you work. Ideally, you have experience with Microsoft Navision or Microsoft Business Central. Experience in the construction, engineering or planning sector and within a private equity environment would be an advantage.
- You enjoy working across different departments and communicate financial information in a clear and understandable way. With your collaborative approach, you are a trusted business partner for project teams, Finance and senior leadership.
