Project Management

Germany

Data centres are among the most exciting building projects of our time. They are the backbone of the digital world and demand the highest standards in architecture, functionality and sustainability.

At HYCEON, you’ll work in multidisciplinary teams on challenging projects for international clients. We combine innovative architecture with modern planning approaches such as BIM, Lean and Scrum, creating an environment where collaboration, ownership and continuous development are part of everyday work.

This is how you'll make an impact

  • Outstanding projects need people who bring structure, clarity and leadership. You will take responsibility for leading complex architectural projects across all project stages while guiding multidisciplinary teams towards a shared goal.
  • You will coordinate architects, engineers, specialist consultants, clients, authorities and external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and keeping every stakeholder aligned throughout the project.
  • You maintain full oversight of quality, programme and commercial objectives. With a proactive and structured approach, you make sound decisions and keep projects on track from concept through delivery.
  • Working in international multidisciplinary teams, you will apply BIM and modern, agile ways of working to make collaboration more efficient, transparent and future-focused.
  • Sustainability is part of the way you think. You will integrate certification systems such as DGNB, LEED and BREEAM into your projects and help create buildings that are fit for the future

This is what sets you apart

  • You hold a degree in Architecture and have several years of experience leading complex design and construction projects. Coordinating multidisciplinary teams is a natural part of the way you work.
  • You take ownership of your projects and approach challenges with structure, confidence and sound judgement, always maintaining a strong focus on quality, programme and commercial success.
  • You enjoy working with people. Your strong communication skills and professional presence enable you to build trusted relationships with clients, authorities and project partners while inspiring your team to perform at its best.
  • You are familiar with BIM and modern planning methods. Ideally, you also have experience with sustainable design and certification systems such as DGNB, LEED or BREEAM.
  • You communicate confidently in both German and English (minimum C1) and enjoy working in an international project environment.
