Project Management

Germany

Data centres are among the most exciting building projects of our time. They are the backbone of the digital world and demand the highest standards in architecture, functionality and sustainability.

At Hyceon, you’ll work in multidisciplinary teams on challenging projects for international clients. We combine innovative architecture with modern planning approaches such as BIM, Lean and Scrum, creating an environment where collaboration, ownership and continuous development are part of everyday work.

This is how you'll make an impact

  • In this role, you independently manage and deliver permitting procedures, particularly approvals under the German Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG).
  • Working closely with the team, you develop permitting strategies, structure the required documentation and ensure its quality, completeness and readiness for approval.
  • Throughout the project, you coordinate external specialists in areas such as environmental impact, acoustics and emissions and consolidate their contributions into a consistent application.
  • Using a structured approach, you identify permitting risks early, develop pragmatic solutions and continuously build permitting expertise within TTSP HWP Eco.

This is what sets you apart

  • A degree in engineering, environmental sciences, natural sciences or a comparable qualification provides the professional foundation for your role.
  • You have several years of experience in permitting procedures, ideally under the German Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG), and a strong understanding of technical, legal and planning-related matters.
  • As a collaborative team member, you enjoy professional engagement with authorities and can independently structure and consistently advance complex, long-running procedures.
  • When working with project stakeholders, you communicate with confidence and work in a solution-focused, reliable and entrepreneurial way.
  • You communicate confidently in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2) when working with project stakeholders.

What you can look forward to

  • Attractive compensation and additional benefits: In addition to a transparent annual bonus scheme of up to 1.5 monthly salaries (available after successfully completing your probation period), you will benefit from an employer-sponsored retirement plan with a 20% employer contribution.
